Why is the serum in the reviews creamy and the one I received is yellowish? What’s the difference between them?

We have upgraded the serum in our latest production batch. The liquid is pale yellow in color because it contains Vitamin B5 and Niacinamide, but no artificial colors.

Can the serum fade spots? Why doesn’t it work for my spot on my decollete?

Only the acquired active spots can be faded and removed by the retinol serum, such as melasma, sun spots, pregnancy spots, and dark spots. Congenital spots and abnormally active spots need to consult a doctor and take medical measures to treat them.

I have laugh lines and eye lines, how long will it take to see the effect?
