Will this work with the multiflex tailgate?

Sorry, it will not fit.

Can you close the tail without unlocking cover?

If you close the cover and then the tailgate, the seal will be closed into the tailgate so you can open and close the tailgate without opening the cover.

Will this work with a bed rack?

No, it will not work with bed rack. The unit is a top mount and will interfere with the installation of the bed rack.

I installed the cover according to the manual but Why won’t it lock down?

This may be because the locks on the side rails are not in the correct position. You can adjust the position of the lock forward or backward through the adjuster.

Can this be installed without any drilling or distress caused to my frame?
