This 9.7″ Digital LED clock was designed in 3D modern style clock, with desktop bracket and wall-mounted hanging hole accessories.
3 levels of manual dimming (High/Medium/Low), and 8 levels of automatic dimming by the built-in light sensor.
Q&A
Q: Does it run with a built-in battery ?
A: NO, this LED clock requires a 5V/1A plug-in USB-A adapter (NOT included) to run, it is NOT wireless clock.
Q: Why does it freeze, flicker, or hum during use or changing brightness ?
A: An unstable or incompatible power adapter can’t provide enough current and support normal working. Please try to replace a regular compliant 5V/1A adapter made by professional legitimate manufacturers.
Q: The remote control does not work, how to fix ?
A: 1. Please remove the transparent battery insulation sheet in the bottom of the remote control.
2. When operate the remote control, please aim at the infrared sensor on the bottom of the clock, and avoid other obstructions that may affect infrared reception. Note: The effective distance is within about 3.5 meters.
Q: How do I stop the time separator from blinking ?
A: Just press the RIGHT arrow button > on the remote control, to have the time separator stop or flash.
Q: Can this clock display the 24h military time format ?
A: YES, briefly press the UP arrow button Δ on the remote control to toggle between 12-hour and 24-hour formats.
Q: Why did the alarm not ring at the set time ?
A: Please check the alarm time setting and time format setting (12h / 24h format). 12h format: am12 o’ clock ~ pm11 o’ clock / 24h format: 0 o’clock ~ 23 o’ clock
Q: How to show the temperature and set the Fahrenheit or Celsius ?
A: Briefly press the LEFT arrow button ◁ on the remote control, to loop display among Date, Time or Temperature, then press the “TEMP” button to show the temperature in Fahrenheit or Celsius.
